I am currently taking bookings for evening and weekend appointments and I am also available during the day every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
 
Treatments are available at Reatreat Therapy in Mapperley. Candles, soft blankets and soothing music are available to help create the perfect healing environment, and essential oils can also be burned to enhance your treatment and deepen your sense of relaxation.
 
I am also available for home visits in the Nottingham area. You can take the opportunity to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home, without having to travel anywhere afterwards. In this instance there will be an additional charge of £2.50 for travel costs.
 
All of the therapies offered include a free consultation at the first session. I believe the consultation process is a crucial part of all the therapies I offer; it gives me an invaluable 'overview' of who you are as a person - the state of your physcial and emotional health and well-being, your work and homelife environment, and what you hope to achieve from the treatment. It also enables me to tailor the treatment to your specific needs, meaning the therapy is more enjoyable and more effective for yourself.

Fertility
On this treatment course a powerful combination of reflexology, reiki, EFT and hypnotherapy is used. This results in the problem being approached from all angles making it a thorough and effective treatment strategy. The course is also completely unique to you, giving you exactlty what you need when you need it.

Weight Loss
Using a combination of EFT and hypnotherapy you can overcome once and for all the self-sabotaging beliefs which cause you to over-eat or comfort eat. Until you deal with these self-limiting beliefs any will power you may have will simply not be enough; you may be successful in the short term but it will be difficult maintaing your desired weight.
