Treatments are available at Retreat Therapy in Mapperley. Candles, soft blankets and soothing music are available to help create the perfect healing environment, and essential oils can also be burned to enhance your treatment and deepen your sense of relaxation.
All of the therapies offered require a consultation, the consultation process is a crucial to the success of the therapy; it gives an invaluable 'overview' of who you are as a person - the state of your physical and emotional health and well-being, your work and homelife environment, and what you hope to achieve from the treatment. Most importantly the treatment and overall strategy is unique to your specific needs, meaning the therapy is far more effective and will produce results faster.
In some cases consultations are free and incorporated into the first session. There is a charge for the consultation when the information required is much more detailed in nature - often it will require its own appointment session.
Consultations can take anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes depending on the therapy you are undergoing.
Please note that cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given then there will be a charge of £10 which will cover the cost of the room rental.
