what is eft?
EFT is similar to acupuncture in that it works with the same well-established energy pathways in order to release any blockages that may be causing physical or emotional problems. However EFT does not use any needles, instead the therapist gently taps specific points on the skin with their fingertips. This tapping stimulates distinct neurological changes which can be used to overcome a range of psychological or physical problems.

"Some day the medical profession will wake up and realise that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools." - Eric Robins, MD -

EFT can be classed as an energy psychology and is used all over the world, research is still in the early stages but already there are many hundreds of reports of effective and rapid treatments from a broad range of clinicians, please click here to read some of these amazing case studies. What sets EFT apart from all other treatments I have come across is how rapidly and completely it works, EFT can eradicate a life-long phobia in a matter of minutes, it does not matter how many times you have seen EFT work, when it does it's just incredible.
Most of us are unfortunately conditioned to believe that change always takes time and a lot of hard work, we believe we must shed blood, sweat and tears, that in order to move on we need to 'feel the pain'. We feel it's necessary to understand why we are the way we are, before we can grow, change or heal. EFT allows you to heal your body and mind without putting yourself through any additional trauma, without the need for endless soul-searching and self-reflection. With EFT, all that is required is the desire to change.
